UHP 250mm Graphite Electrode

Description

UHP 250mm graphite electrode has the characteristics of good conductivity, low ash and low sulfur, compact structure, etc. It is widely used in LF and EAF in steelmaking, nonferrous metals, silicon phosphorus and other industries. It is the best conductive material for electric arc furnaces and melting furnaces. This product is currently the only one with high electrical conductivity and the ability to withstand the extreme heat generated in this harsh environment. Main purpose

Nearly 30% of my country's graphite electrodes are exported, and domestic demand is mainly concentrated in four industries: electric arc furnace steelmaking (35%), submerged arc furnace smelting yellow phosphorus (9%), abrasives (8%) and industrial silicon (5%) ), while other industries have little demand.

PPackaging

The graphite electrode is packed with wooden case and wooden frame bottom bracket, and bound with packed steel belt.

The finished electrode shall be marked with safety wire on the corresponding electrode surface at the bottom of the joint hole.
