Description

250mm RP graphite electrode has good electrical conductivity and chemical properties, it is a good conductor of heat and electricity because of high mechanical strength at high temperature and good shock resistance. It is widely used in submerged arc furnaces such as steelmaking and ferroalloy production, and other smelting furnaces and refining furnaces that use electric arc furnaces to generate high temperature. 250mm RP graphite electrode has low resistance, high density, high oxidation resistance and no secondary impurities. Main purpose

Nearly 30% of China's graphite electrodes are used for export, and the domestic demand is mainly concentrated in four industries: EAF steelmaking (35%), submerged arc furnace smelting yellow phosphorus (9%), abrasive (8%) and industrial silicon (5%), while the demand of other industries is very small.

The graphite electrode is packed with wooden case and wooden frame bottom bracket, and bound with packed steel belt.

The finished electrode shall be marked with safety wire on the corresponding electrode surface at the bottom of the joint hole.
